Initially, I registered online and it was a smooth and fast process. Upon registration, I was able to access my unit the same day. The unit was clean and prepared with an insect/rodent repellent which was perfect! Since then, staff has been communicative and effective. Staff is kind and answers questions/concerns promptly! Ocean Storage sends out email notifications if my unit is left unlocked and if any changes occurs. 10/10 recommended! This location is well-kept and quiet as well.
