We had a great first year here with their move in promotion. The rates were great even after the promotion ended until our one year ... We had a great first year here with their move in promotion. The rates were great even after the promotion ended until our one year came and they doubled the price of rent. We’ll be looking for other locations as soon as we can. So buyer beware, if you get a great move in promotion, plan to be out by the time that ends or prepare to pay $$$.
